looking to invest in Bolingbrook/Romeoville, IL area

I am currently out of state but have a team in place in the Bolingbrook/Romeoville area and am hoping to connect with some wholesalers with properties in need of rehab. It is difficult for me to locate deals remotely and I believe working with a wholesaler is the ideal situation for us at this time. I would also like recommendations for REIA meetings in the area so my partners can begin networking with other investors.
