Looking for agent in La Crescenta/Glendale CA

Hi everyone, Looking for an agent in the La Crescenta/Glendale CA area. We'd like to purchase a single-family home in La Crescenta next year as a personal residence, but we are open/flexible if we can find a multifamily to invest in as a buy and hold rental since we'd likely need to use an FHA loan and live in the unit for a year. We'd love an agent who's got experience with multifamily units in addition to single-family homes. Thanks all! Steve
