Hello my name is Ladonna Spearmon I'm a new realtor with Keller Williams Realty Professionals in Houston, Texas. Is there any advice you can offer a new agent like myself on ways to be successful in this business? Should a new agent buy leads? If so, what's a good company to use? Is new home construction where I should start? Thank you for your comments!
