Looking for Realtor in Washington, DC

I’m interested in seeing a foreclosed property in Marshall Heights (20019). It’s under $85k, but I plan on selling it for over $210k after renovations.  If it works out well, I'll flip another next year.

Can someone suggest an investor friendly realtor for me? I already have a loan officer for a 203k loan.
