Brokerage Recommendation for Investor Friendly Agent in SoCal

Hello everyone,

I'm an investor, just passed the real estate exam and am looking for a brokerage to hang my license. I'll be starting an investor friendly agent team that specializes in finding motivated sellers for investors that can help cut through the guru nonsense and actually help them find investments that make sense.

I live in Venice and am looking in the Santa Monica, Venice and Marina Del Rey areas.  However I'm open to other areas in Los Angeles but location will be a big factor.  Any recommendations?
