OTHER AGENTS OFFICE SUPPORT STAFF ISSUES

I am having issues with office support from a particular company of buyer agents for my listings. The office staff are agents, but sending me requests and 'hurry, must, rush messages about our contract. They are not Team members, only office support. All are items I have talked to buyer agent about things pertinent to our contract and not to be open to anyone else.  It is hard enough to keep up with a transaction without getting someone else involved. And they are not on the contract as agents. My assistants do not talk to the other agent about contract points or 'tell the other agent what to do...They should not getting involved in something they are not named in the contract for. Office support is one thing, telling another agent what to do is not acceptable...
