Texas Pre License student seeks audio CD's

Hello,

I am currently taking a weekend class in an effort to get my license. I currently have a full-time job where I sit all day. I've looked for cd's that I could listen to while I sit at work, and found some on amazon of some real estate terms, but it was made in 2003.

My question is, is it safe to assume that most terms/definitions would stay the same?  What kind of dated information should I be most concerned about?

Thank you!
