Hello All, 

Marketing involves strategic planning & Prospecting is very aggressive. I have been lurking on this website for quite some time. Within the last year, I started working as a  full-time broker in Seattle, WA. Is there a stigma out there that agents & investors cannot work together or am I just not finding the right clients? I don't mind driving for dollars or hunting the right property. Or even assisting a group in purchasing their first rental. Any ideas or social events will help.
