As a Real Estate Agent, How do you serve your investors?

Hi, My name is Devin I am new to bigger pockets and am looking to get involved with RE investing myself and also to be a local resource and advisor to investors in my area. My question to the Real Estate Agent BP community, How do you work with your investors? Do you focus on a specific niche? Buy flip hold? What are some things you would advise as far as working with investors? Thank you
