Open House Feedback form

Hi folks,

I am going through a rehab and I'm trying to come up with ideas that help me learn from it as much as possible.

One idea I'm considering is to have a form for any potential client to fill up with feedback on the house (after itis in the market of course). That will bring me super valuable info on what people are looking and if what I did to the house is aligned with it.

I know 90% of the people would walk w/o filling the form so I was actually wondering if doing some sort of drawing would incentive people to do it.

My questions:

1- Is it legal? As I am not a realtor(I'll have one with the listing) I am not so sure if something like this would break any rules and get me in hot water.

2- Can I collect the potential client info or just the realtor's and then contact the winner through the realtor?

3- Have anyone tried this and have some good questions to add to it?

Thanks a lot and Happy Investing!
