Hello....I'm a brand new investor with a pre-qualified FHA loan. I'm seeking a Agent that can locate a great property for the loan amount of 115k. I know it's not a lot to work with but I'm sure there is someone who is up for the challenge :)

Seeking a seasoned professional that has been in Real Estate for awhile and knows the DFW market. Would like to look in Dallas, Mesquite, Garland, areas if possible.
