Need Phoenix area Realtor for CMA's
I have 4 properties to call and offer on this weekend, and need some ammunition. I'll pay a 10% cut on anything I make, or the listing if there's enough equity to make it worthwhile. Must be a legit CMA that I can show the seller if need be, as two of them have Zillow numbers in mind....
