Sponsorship in Dallas Texas
Hello, I'm looking for a Broker with No office or few hundred dollar startup fees. I do not need trainging. I would only do a few deals a year. I'm ok with a small commission split or a transaction fee. Something like JP & Associates, they charge 1 flat fee of 400 (Or so I've been told). They just don't accept part time agents. Does anyone know of a good brokerage or just a broker who wouldn't mind carrying a agent and make a little extra off of a split???
