selling vacant property leads?

I find alot of abandoned and vacant properties when I go door knocking. Many that don't have realtor signs or anything. Could I possibly charge a realtor for these leads, say 20 bucks a property and if he closes to an investor I get the finders fee minus the 20 bucks? Would people be willing to do this? I guess I'm just looking for ways to make alittle money now instead of waiting so long for the short sales and closings to go through.
