Indianapolis Managing Broker Recommendation

Looking for a brokerage in Indy where I can hang my license. I'm a part time investor, mostly just using this for my own deals. I buy a house every month or two at pretty low pricing so I would like something with lower monthly fees and a higher split to start. Any recommendations?
