South Chicago Property Management, Mixed Use Apartment Building

We have a 15 unit apartment and office building in South Chicago near 95th St. and S. Halsted St.  It is 10 residential 1bed/1bath units, and 5 office space units on the first floor.  We think renting the residential units to section 8 tenants may be our best value.

We are looking for a professional management company to take over full management of the property.  Currently over half of the building is vacant so there is an immediate need to fill the units with qualified tenants.

Most companies I've contacted do not take operate in South Chicago, and the few that did were not interested in the project for different reasons (Lett's and Manage Chicago).

I'd appreciate any further recommendations.

Thanks!
