What are seasoned agents looking for in admin support?

I would like to know what real estate professionals are currently looking for in the realm of administrative support. Does the use of a Virtual Assistant (VA) have the potential to become more preferable over administrative assistant's? If so, what types of services would you benefit from the most?

I think a few of the biggest things a VA or personal assistant would need to offer a real estate professional would be the following:

1. Call attendant: The ability to answer the phone and quickly decide what calls are important and which ones aren't. Route the important calls and take messages for the others.

2. Email attendant: The ability to basically filter emails and delete/unsubscribe from junk, route non-emergency items to a follow-up list and contact professional about emergency items.

3. Paperwork: There is a lot of paperwork in this business and a lot of time spent filling out templates and reports. A good VA or PA would have the ability to complete these tasks with little guidance (obviously they need the information to populate the forms - but after that is given to them.)

4. Follow-up: In every real estate transaction, whether as an investor or a licensed agent, a lot of time is spent babysitting deals every step of the way to the finish line. Working off of a template list, a VA or PA would need to have the ability to follow up with people involved in the transaction to make sure it's tracking properly to the finish line.

I'm sure there would be more if I thought about it longer, but those would be my top 4.
