I'm a new real estate agent (two years) and would like to focus on investors, particularly people who would consider adding one or two rentals to their retirement portfolio (to start), and also reach people who never really considered real estate as an investment, or who haven't given a lot of thought  to retirement or investments in general. I've been a CPA for over 20 years and would like to educate and help them get started in investing and becoming financially independent. I've thought about doing seminars to get people interested. Any thoughts on this or any other ideas? Thank you.
