Looking for an investor friendly realtor to meet July 4th weekend

Hi all,

I'm based in Los Angeles looking to invest in a starter rental property in Seattle. My family and I are highly motivated investors looking buy see and make offers on properties over the 4th of July weekend. We have a few rentals in Los Angeles but have very limited exposure to Seattle markets. We are looking for a buy and hold single family home Class A properties. We are open to rehab properties, but would prefer a newer / good condition home to immediately rent out with limited repairs. Most likely to use a property manager short term.

Can anyone refer us any investor friendly agents? Ideally:

  • Experienced in working with investors 
  • Someone that owns and manages their own properties so they know the nuances of the marketplace through the lens of an investor themselves
  • Well connected to local property managers
  • Someone with capacity over long weekend holiday to meet in person and see properties
