A few questions about income streams, flipping, etc

I am about to make the jump and I have a few questions. A little background first. My wife and I are interested in property management as a career. Several hurdles face us. In Texas you must have a brokers license to manage a pm firm. So 5 years to our goal with all the education requirements and transactions needed. Not much of an issue. It can be done, but that is definitely our path.

So the questions start, how do agencies handle pm business brought in by agents?

Would it be feasible to create anew income along that specialty while under a broker?

I know it's mostly about the listings, but what other revenue generating streams do agents use besides BPO\CMA?

Is flipping/wholesaling a viable side business while working with or under a broker?

This is just the start of my many questions. I appreciate any advice or strategies you can give.
