CA Real Estate License for Attorneys

Hello,

I am a CA licensed attorney and currently I am interested in become a real estate investor. I was trying to determine if anyone else recently became licensed as I wanted a first hand account of the requirements specifically for attorneys, as I believe they are slightly different than for the general public  trying to become licensed as real estate agents. Any help or directions to other threads would be very appreciated as I am pretty new to this forum and have recently only been able to listen to podcasts to start the learning process. I hope to be able to devote more and more time  in the near future, as I get done with some other projects.
