looking for real estate agents in oahu

Hi guys and gals. I'm starting my dream team and have decided to start with looking for real estate agents that would be willing to work with me.

However when I sat down to think about this and how I was going to go about it, I realize I have nothing to offer a real estate agent to get them to work with me.

I just wanted to know if anyone has some advice to give on how to get a real estate agent to work with me, and also how I can find the right ones.
