In need of a Philadelphia Real Estate Investment agent...

Hello my name is David Vitarelli. I am an owner of 3 rental units in Philadelphia, PA. I have taken steps in the last 2 months to secure larger amounts of capital to invest in real estate. My mindset has shifted regarding my goals. I used to take a very passive approach to real estate investing (hence, the 3 units in 2 years) but now I am gearing up to increase my appetite for acquisition.  I have finished the process and am now ready to begin a more robust acquisition plan. However, trolling Zillow (my only digital resource) has proven to be a very inefficient method of finding deals. I understand that there are many opportunities that are not known to all and that forming relationships with realtors that are plugged into these circles can benefit a real estate investors plans very well. If you are a realtor in Philadelphia, or know of one that meets what I am looking for please reach out or share my information. I would love to have a conversation with them. Below are my investment goals for the next 12 months:

- To purchase 10 units in the next 12 months

- I am interested in SFH and Multi units (Duplexes and Triplexes)

- I want distressed properties as rehabbing is an essential part of my process

- I am looking in Philadelphia or surrounding suburbs

** I look forward to starting a conversation with many of you please email via BP to introduce yourself or leave a post on this thread!
