Bay Area Investor friendly RE Companies?

Hello BPers,

Curious to hear of any recommendations from investor minded RE Salespeople - specifically in the Bay Area (aka northern California).

I may soon join the ranks with my RE Salesperson license and wondering "what's next"? I'm only interested in doing this part time as a start.

For those who have switched careers, did you get your start? What firm did you hang your hat with? If you did it part time, would love to hear about your experiences.
