Hi everyone,

I was an agent for a while and left to take a job I couldn't refuse as a Business Analyst.  I'm sick of sitting behind a desk and want to get back into real estate full time.  I have a huge contact list and plan on talking to each directly but other than that, what seems to be working now for lead generation?  Back when I was full time before, simply posting listings on Craigslist would generate phone calls.  It's been a full decade so I'm sure a lot has changed and I'd love to hear other ideas if anybody is willing to share.

@Chris Farrugia Welcome back to the business!  In my opinion, nothing beats "pounding the pavement". For a pipeline overflowing with activity, you have to do a little of all avenues of marketing to have great success. We all want the prospects to call us without calling them.  The only way I have seen this is done is by an agent being the expert in a market area, niche or product type and knowing everything about it, who the major players are and what is available. Everyone in that market, genre or niche will want to call you before they make a decision to buy, sell or will call you just to chat about the market.  Pick an area of business that speaks to you or that you see a demand in and run with it! Good luck!
