Recommendations for an investor agent for Mid-Cities in DFW area

Hey everyone!

My fiancé and I are looking to purchase a SF home or ideally, a duplex in the Mid-Cities location with an emphasis in Grapevine, Bedford, Euless or Hurst in that respective order. My hope is to work with a recommended real estate agent that has a lot of experience ideally either investing himself and working with investors, or just a lot of experience working with investors. I would like to work with someone that is local to the listed areas as the DFW market is hot. An agent that has a strong contact base to pull off-market deals is ideal as well as one that has experience in the foreclosure, short-sale or REO space.

Our target price range is from 130-230K and we have been pre-approved. We are searching for a minimum of 3Bd and 2Ba. Likewise, we are searching for a small lot size with no pool. If a SF home, around 1500 SF is ideal. If a duplex, I'm flexible on the SF. If you have duplex offers, we are not interested in only buying half a duplex, so please only offer a deal with both sides available.

We are not afraid of a fixer-upper and if we are wary of anything, it would be foundational issues, but it is not a deal-breaker. Our hope is get an average-good deal (great would be ideal) due to the market being so hot and purchase a home where we can force sweat-equity to add value.

Finally, anyone we work with, we hope to continue to work with going forward for my own personal investing for the future.

Thanks everyone!

My warmest regards,

Ryan Moore
