I am a real estate agent in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I am also a licensed inspector. Though I would not be able to be your agent and your inspector on the same transaction, I can be of great advantage to investors. I manage about 250 houses in the area and deal primarily with investors already. As your buyer's agent, I would look at interested properties with more than jsut an agent's eye. I will look at it more with an inspector's eye to determine if it is a doable property for the asking price. I am in this for the long run. If I am your agent and get a commission for a property that is a bad deal, will you utilize my services again? I would hope not. I look for the win-win for everyone involved on the long term. I can help you with comps in the area and even do flat-fee listing on properties that you are looking to sell to save you some money on the back side.
