Hi Guys,

First time posting here on BP. A little about myself. I moved here from the states 3 years ago and started getting interested in RE about for almost 2 years. I worked as a realtor a while in Miami for a but it wasn't for me . I recently moved to West Palm. I am not so familiar with the area so any help would be appreciated.

I am open for recommendation for an agent in the West Palm Beach area in Florida, (WPB).

I am looking to buy two rentals in the very close future. I have read every book in the library I just need some local help picking out two properties under 100K in a not so bad area.

Looking forward to hearing from you all, any advice or resources about the area would be appreciated. I know BP is massive resource.
