In need of a realtor who is versed in sfh and multiunits

Hello BP,

I am looking for a realtor who is well versed in finding investment properties on the Southside of Chicago. I would like to acquire a 3 unit multi family and a SFH this year. Cash flow is my goal. I'm sure I'm not asking all of the right questions but I wanted to at least check with BP to see if anyone could recommend a realtor for me. The properties will be under $100k. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

Maybe connect with @Mark Ainley. While he might not be a realtor (not sure) he does work in the southside Chicago market you say you are targeting and also I believe the asset class you are targeting. In one of your other posts I see you also mention your are seeking properties with "minimal work". Again that appears to be his niche. He might be able to help you fast track to your goals.
