CA Attorney / Broker seeking to learn how to sell/but real estate

Hello,

I am in need of help. I am a licensed attorney and recently obtained my broker license. I am looking to open a real estate brokerage and work as a realtor as well as an attorney. The problem is that I do not have any prior real estate sales/purchase experience. I am looking to learn about basic real estate selling/buying concepts (such as what forms to fill out, etc.). Is anyone aware of a class or a book that will teach me that?

I can learn all of this by working for a brokerage, but I prefer not doing that, as I cannot commit full time (I am a practicing attorney), and would rather open my own small brokerage.

Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!
