Texas Fees
I've been reading through all of the threads I can find about the initial investment for real estate agents. I'm trying to get a better picture of what it will look like in Texas. So far I have:
$396 - Class
$205 - Application
$29.75 - Background Check
$54 - Exam Fee
$??? - Brokerage Initial Fee
$120 - NAR
$127 - TAR
$100 - Photos
$ ??? - Marketing
Am I missing anything? Would anyone mind giving more specific details about their start-up costs? I'm asking for specifics because I've seen several posts that quote anywhere from $1500 to $5000.
Thanks in advance!
