Mike. Thank you so much for reaching out.  We closed on a two family in Port Chester last year and successfully renovated both units (My wife and I are currently living in one of the units).  We’ll be looking for another property, preferably single family in need of some reno, in the coming year ideally in Greenwich.  Bryam seems to be a good target for us.  While we are not actively searching, I always like to keep my finger on the pulse of the market.  Please feel free to keep in touch!
