Hi all, I'm looking for a realtor nearby Austin, Sweetwater area to be specific. I'm looking for two things actually, one a realtor that can help me find a plot of land that I can build my house on and two a realtor that can help me find fix and flip houses. These don't have to be the same realtor or even the same company. Realtors if you would like to put your name in the hat, that's cool but I'm more looking for referrals from clients.
