Hello all, I am looking for an investor friendly real estate agent in Birmingham, Alabama. I am a wholesaler and I am currently seeking a few 3 bedroom/2 bath SF property. I can pay $cash$ and I am looking to close quick!! I'm looking for something in the following areas: Hueytown, Fultondale, Centerpoint, Forestdale, or Gardendale.
