Seeking investor-friendly agents in Greater Boston / Eastern MA

Hi all,

I'm looking for an investor-friendly agent to help me buy my first rental property (small MF 2-4 units) in Greater Boston / Eastern MA (flexible location). My price range $200-300K is relatively low for this area, so I'm seeking someone who has experience buying this type of property and can be patient in finding deals and putting in offers. I obviously need to do my own due diligence and analyze deals, but ideally the agent would also help me double check my numbers, educate me about the local market, and recommend lenders / inspectors / other RE professionals that are good with investment properties.

I respect the agent's time and don't plan to put in low-ball offers with little chance of success. Although I'm new to RE investing, I'm a serious buyer, have a loan pre-approval and am ready to pull the trigger if the right deal comes along. Moreover I plan to be a long-term buy-and-hold investor and if I find a great agent, I will be a happy repeat buyer.

I'd really appreciate it if you could refer me to an investor-friendly agent who might be a good fit.

Thank you!

Tony
