Hello BP, so I just got done with some personal projects and I've been studying any and everything there is about real estate investment. I'm ready to take the plunge and get serious about this venture.  My brother and I are going to partner on the deal, and we both were left sizable trusfunds by our late grandmother. We would be able to pay cash for the right property. So I'm looking for an investor friendly agent in the Tampa area. I'm looking to invest in the Tampa Heights, Seminole Heights, North Hyde Park, or Temple Terrace areas.
