Broker Backer for Real Estate License in Georgia

I've got to have a Broker Backing to get my real estate license.  I have a full time job and I'm wanting to get my license for my investment company.  What do I need to do to get a Broker to back me for licensing?  Do I try to get with a Broker in a different location?  How do I have to pay for the Broker backing?  Do we set a % for the Broker for a set period of time?  Do I try to find a Broker that is an investor in a different area then where I will be focusing?
