Is anyone currently using realtor.com for marketing/leads? I received a quote for my city it was $145/month. Whats your experience with realtor.com marketing? I want to hear good and bad.

Thanks!

Same as Zillow and Trulia.  Very poor closing rate.

In my case, I did a pretty expensive program, and felt that it wasn't worth the spend.

I'd have done better investing that money in adwords or a targeted mailing.

I've talked with an agency that's closing over 500 sides this year. They tell me that in talking with agents all over the country who are diligent about tracking ROI that they are closing 0.5% to 1% or ZTR leads.

That mirrors the performance that I've seen with Trulia and Realtor.  I've dropped both in favor of other marketing methods.
