Looking for knowledgeable section 8 rental agent

Hello BP 

I am about to close on a 3 family home on Halstead st in Newark NJ. The current realtor that I am working with is very  unprofessional and I no longer require his services. When I close on the property I am looking to rent out the 2 bed room 1 bath apartment and a 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment. I am only looking to rent to section 8.I'm looking for an experienced realtor to help me get some  tenants ASAP.
