Hi guys, I'm new to north New Jersey and I'm looking for a real estate agent who has a lot of experience finding good flips and has a deep knowledge of the area.  I'd like to find a flip in or around Newark, does anyone have a referral for an agent like this?  Thanks in advance, Rich
