Hi guys! Quick question.....I currently live in MA and I want to get my real estate license and it's a 40 hour course but I will be moving to NC in 8 months and it's a 75 hour course there...should I wait til I get to NC or should I go ahead and get it here in MA?

I'm a big fan of taking action immediately. Look at it this way: what's the worst that can happen from obtaining your MA license now? You spend the money on the pre-licensing course there, take your exam and get licensed, and begin getting your feet wet in the world of real estate? Also, if unforeseen circumstances prevent you from moving here to NC in 8 months and it ends up being longer than that, you'll be glad that you went ahead and obtained your MA license. That's just my two cents!
