Hi,
I'm looking to purchase my first home in Norfolk, VA. I need a realtor who is familiar w/ first time home buyer programs. And someone who is experienced w/ working w/ investors. My goal is to get involved w/ wholesaling, but I need someone who can point me in the right direction.

Any help will be truly appreciated!!! :lol:
