Residential Land Broker/Agent in Wake Forest, NC?

Hi,

My wife and I just moved to North Carolina, and our family was planning on purchasing a large piece of land on which different members of the family could each build their own residences. We want to buy in the Wake Forest, NC area and are looking for a real estate agent/broker who is experienced with handling land deals in that area. We need someone who's familiar with the local zoning laws and will be able to advise us with regards to the different nuances pertaining to land purchases (i.e. perc tests, easements, means of subdivision, etc...) Would anyone know of any leads?
