Looking for a real estate agent local to Huntsville Alabama.  This is BP, but I have to say it someone with a business mindset that is already actively investing in the huntsville market.  I do not need a real estate cheer leader. No offense.  I need someone that truly understand this market. Long term and short term.  What areas are hot, whats not. What is under development or in city planning for development.  What are the typical rental comps?
