Hello RE professionals! I need your help. I may have a motivated seller on my hands. It is a friends family member. I have been prolonging a conversation with them, because I don't have a good grasp on the value of their property. I asked an associate who has a license to pull comps but haven't heard back from them in about 4 days. I also asked a realtor I used for a previous deal and that person hasn't gotten back to me either it has been about three days. Is this too much to ask for? Should I be paying for this service. I have no problem doing so, I just didn't know I should have offered. What's your opinion?
