Need Daytona Beach broker to hang my license

I'm looking for a brokerage firm to hang my license with. because I'm not going to prospect and be a full time agent, I do not want any desk fees and I would like a relatively good commission split for my personal deals and access to the MLS of Daytona beach where most of my properties are.
