Hello,

The names Daniel here and I am 23. I am from San Jose CA recently purchased my personal home in the Modesto area of CA. I am looking to start my own real estate portfolio. I am interested in long term and vacation rentals. My problem is where should I start? I get the idea of hard money investing but is that going to work for someone like me with little experience in the industry? I have many questions on the different routes I could take. Is anyone available to sit down have coffee and share how they did it here? Help a newbie out :)
