Looking to finalize my RE license in the next 30 days.  I've done both fix and flips and rentals from an investor stand point and now interested in getting my license to help with my own investments but also to explore representing other non-licensed investors in my community.

Does anyone have any high level advice on finding a brokerage that is friendly to investor friendly agents?
