Buyer wanting to show home while under contract

I have an investor who is buying a home closing June 5th.  It has passed inspection contingency, but hasn't been appraised yet, so not a complete done deal.

Buyer want to show home to prospective renters, while it is occupied with original renters.  Do you let the buyer do this?  I say not yet as it isn't a done deal.  I understand that he may not want a month without rent, and unfortunately the current renters haven't committed to leaving May 31st.

Thanks!
