Philly Real Estate Agent looking to build a team

I am new to the website but I am looking to see if there are any center city investors that have licenses or agents that are interested in working with a young real estate agent who has the energy and determination to go for big projects.

I do residential resales but already am targeting multi-million land deals. I understand I can't be a one man show and want to recruit knowledgable sales agents or investors to make an excellent team.
